Question: How to setup and customise loyalty plus emails?

Solution:

    Email customisation becomes very easy to customise using this application.
    You need to login to the application and select Manage Emails option from the menu bar.

    In This Manage Emails option you can customise the different emails:

    1. Welcome Emails: Welcome emails with points.

    2. When redeeming Points for coupons: Send your customers an email confirmation each time they redeem their points for a coupon.

    3. Admin Emails: Receive an email each time one of your customers redeem their points for a coupon.

    4. When Add Points For Customers: Send an Email When Add Points in Customer Account.

    5. When Remove Points For Customers: Send an email when removing points in customer accounts.

    6. Points Reminder Emails(Send Yearly): Send to customers to their points (Includes lifetime, available & spent points).
