Solution:

    Email customization becomes very easy in Shopify loyalty rewards Program.
    You need to log in to the Shopify Loyalty App and select the Manage Emails option from the menu bar.

    In This Manage Emails option you can customize the different emails:

    1. Welcome Emails: Welcome emails with points.

    2. When redeeming Points for coupons: Send your customers an email confirmation each time they redeem their points for a coupon.

    3. Admin Emails: Receive an email each time one of your customers redeem their points for a coupon.

    4. When Add Points For Customers: Send an Email When Add Points in Customer Account.

    5. When Remove Points For Customers: Send an email when removing points in customer accounts.

    6. Points Reminder Emails(Send Yearly): Send to customers their points (Includes lifetime, available & spent points).
